From decades of experience in a large company specialized in the production of specific cups for this fine beverage, I got to know most of the Italian and European coffee roasters, from the most modest to the corporation; I got to figure out who makes business of this "black gold" and who does it for passion, falling in love and being keen on my own I have analyzed my knowledge thanks to Massimo. He knew how to bequeath the research from manic selection of grains arabica, their traceability, histories of men who work them. Coffee was already among the elements of work, but the passion was not the same ... and that is how the coffee element has become my great experience.
